2. COACHING SESSION
Mr. Vidura Dissanayake offers online sports coaching services. Customers are required to provide honest and accurate information about their state of health and level of sporting experience before initiating any coaching session. M. Dissanayake shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of the services or failure to adhere to warnings and instructions.
3. Payment
The session price indicated in the fees section of this site is payable on site, on the day of the session. For programs consisting of several sessions, the full amount is due on the day of the first session.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session. After this time, the session will be billed or deducted from the remaining sessions in the case of long programs.
5. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
M. Dissanayake has the right to modify the present terms and conditions at any time. Users are obliged to keep themselves informed of modifications by regularly consulting the general terms and conditions.
6. Litigation
These present terms and conditions and any litigation arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any litigation relating to the use of the Site or coaching services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
